一、概述珊溪水电站工程,初步设计推荐沥青混凝土心墙的砂砾石坝,坝高126米,心墙全高146米,与当前国内外同类型工程相比,规模居于前列。沥青与骨料的粘附性,关系到心墙的阻水效果及耐久性。我们在沥青混凝土试验工作的基础上,针对沥青与骨料的粘附性或粘结力进行探索,但目前尚无标准的测试方法可循。为此我们从同济大学、西北农学院以及有关参考资料上,选择了一些试验方法,分别测定沥青与石料、砂料、混合料的粘附性,并对原材料的物理、化学性质进行检验。
I. Overview Shanxi Hydropower Station project, the initial design recommended asphalt concrete hearth gravel dam, dam height of 126 meters, the heart of the total height of 146 meters, with the current domestic and foreign projects of the same type, living in the forefront. Asphalt and aggregate adhesion, relates to the water blocking effect of the heart wall and durability. Based on the experimental work of asphalt concrete, we explore the adhesion or cohesion of asphalt and aggregate, but there is no standard test method to follow. For this reason, we selected some test methods from Tongji University, Northwest Agricultural College and relevant reference materials to determine the adhesion of asphalt, stone, sand and mixture respectively, and test the physical and chemical properties of raw materials.
