目的:研究伏康树树皮化学成分。方法:采用反相硅胶、正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从伏康树中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为3-OAc,Δ7,bauerenyl acetate(1),β-谷甾醇(2),伏康京碱(3),8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-pentylisocoumarin(4),voacristine(5),voacamine(6),22E,24R-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-acetate(7),voacristinehydroxyindolenine(8),voacryptine(9),熊果酸(oleanolic acid)(10),β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin)(11),(22E)-3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯(12),豆甾-4-烯-6β-羟基-3-酮(13),棕榈酸(14)。结论:除化合物3,5,6,9外,其余10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到;1,4,7,12,13为首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物4为从该植物中首次分离得到的第1个香豆素类化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of bark of Fukang tree. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by reverse phase silica gel, normal phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral data. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from Fukang tree as 3-OAc, Δ7, bauerenyl acetate (1), β-sitosterol (2), vincamine (3) Voacristine (5), voacamine (6), 22E, 24R-5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β- acetate (7), voacristinehydroxyindolenine (8), voacryptine (9) , Oleanolic acid (10), β-amyrin (11), (22E) -3β-hydroxy-5α, 8α-bridged oxetalestan-6,22-diene (12), stigmast-4-ene-6β-hydroxy-3-one (13), palmitic acid (14). CONCLUSION: The compounds 10, 6, 6 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. 1,4,7,12 and 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time. The first coumarin compound isolated from this plant.
