用金属型铸造的方法研制了一种低合金球铁磨球,磨球组织为:M 体加细小球墨加少量分散状细小 Fe_3C.磨球经实体解剖检验,从表面至球心,组织致密,无缩孔、缩松、气孔等宏观缺陷。磨球表面 HRC55,磨球中心 HRC48,冲击韧性 a_k 值为13—33 N·m/cm~2.经全国磨球质量测试中心评定:抗裂性大于2.8万次,抗磨性为铬白口铸铁的90%,磨球消耗量成本为锻钢球的1/7,为高铬白口铸铁的1/1.4,因而在水泥、电力等行业具有应用前途。
