从HBsAg阳性患者血清中提取纯化的HBsAg和Dane颗粒,经灭活后免疫猪,从猪脾脏和白细胞透析物中制备出乙肝特异性转移因子(TF_(HBV))。经一系列理化性状及药典规定项目的检测均符合生物制品标准,用~(51)Cr白细胞粘附抑制实验(~(51)Cr-LAI)证实该TF_(HBV)具有抗原特异性,体外能转移对HBV的免疫性。
Purified HBsAg and Dane particles were extracted from the serum of HBsAg-positive patients and immunized pigs were inactivated to prepare hepatitis B-specific transfer factor (TF_ (HBV)) from pig spleen and leucocyte dialysate. After a series of physical and chemical properties and pharmacopoeial testing of the project are in line with the biological standards, with ~ (51) Cr leukocyte adhesion inhibition test (~ (51) Cr-LAI) confirmed that the TF HBV antigen-specific, in vitro Transfer of immunity to HBV.
