疾病负担是确定卫生工作重点与优先的重要依据 ,有利于优化卫生资源配置和提高人类的生存质量。疾病负担研究经历了从单纯考虑死亡损失 ,到整合死亡和失能两个方面来综合评价的历程 ,先后出现发病率、死亡率、YPLL、DALYs、DALE等相应指标。文章在参阅多方文献的基础上 ,综述了国内外疾病负担的概况 ,探讨了相关指标的含义及应用 ,并对以后的评价体系作了展望 ,最后提出了目前疾病负担研究中存在的问题。
Burden of disease is an important basis for determining the priorities and priorities of health work, which is conducive to optimizing the allocation of health resources and improving the quality of human life. The study of disease burden has gone through the process of comprehensive evaluation from simply considering the loss of death to integrating death and disability. The morbidity, mortality, YPLL, DALYs and DALE successively appeared successively. Based on the literature review, the article summarizes the general situation of disease burden both at home and abroad, discusses the meaning and application of related indicators, and looks forward to the future evaluation system. Finally, the existing problems in the study of disease burden are put forward.
