检查50例正常成人的腭帆张肌、腭帆提肌、舌腭肌、咽腭肌及中咽缩肌的肌肉电流图,取得了肌电振幅的正常值。检查了病人139例,咽肌和软腭麻痹者,于休息状态下可出现纤颤电位和正锐电位,肌肉活动时肌电振幅小。软腭及咽肌阵挛者出现阵发性群放电位,各例之间的阵挛频率和持续时间可以不等。本文叙述了电极针的刺入方法和刺入部位,采用经口腔的途径记录软腭肌电比较方便,易于掌握。本文提出了分别检查腭帆张肌和腭帆提肌肌电图的必要性。利用此项技术可以研究软腭、 咽鼓管和咽部肌肉的生理功能,并有助于诊断这些部位的神经肌肉病变。
Fifty normal adult musculoskeletal muscle, palatal saphenous muscle, palatopharyngeal muscle, pharyngeal palate muscle and pharyngeal muscle in the muscle current pattern, made the normal amplitude of myoelectricity. Examined 139 patients, pharyngitis and soft palate paralysis, fibrillation potential and positive sharp potential in the resting state, muscle activity amplitude is low. Soft palate and pharyngeal myoclonic clot appear to have paroxysmal discharge potential, the cases of clonus frequency and duration may vary. This article describes the piercing method of needle and piercing parts of the needle, using oral approach to record the soft palate myoelectricity is more convenient and easy to grasp. This paper presents the necessity of examining the EMG of the palatal and the levator ani respectively. Using this technique, the physiological functions of the soft palate, eustachian tube, and pharyngeal muscles can be studied and helpful in the diagnosis of neuromuscular lesions in these areas.
