本文通过水煮、醇沉和有机溶剂萃取等试验建立了一条从香椿叶中提取纯化总黄酮的工艺路线。其中水提的最佳条件为:料液比1:25,微沸2h,提取2次;醇沉的乙醇体积分数为80%,沉淀12h;有机溶剂萃取选用水饱和正丁醇作为萃取剂,萃取2次,萃取率达到93.61%,香椿叶总黄酮纯度为72.3%。本文建立的香椿叶黄酮提取工艺为工业化开发利用香椿黄酮资源奠定了基础,并对其他黄酮资源的提取开发也提供了有益的借鉴和参考。
In this paper, by boiling, alcohol precipitation and organic solvent extraction and other tests to establish a process of extracting and purifying total flavonoids from Toona sinensis leaves. The optimum conditions for water extraction were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:25, the solution was slightly boiled for 2h and extracted twice; the volume fraction of ethanol in ethanol precipitation was 80% and the precipitate was precipitated for 12h; the organic solvent extracted saturated n-butanol as extractant, Extraction twice, the extraction rate of 93.61%, toon leaf total flavonoids purity of 72.3%. The extraction technology of flavonoids from Toona sinensis established in this paper has laid the foundation for the industrial exploitation and utilization of flavone resources, and also provided useful references for the extraction and development of other flavonoids resources.
