克林霉素（Clindamycin）为林可霉素半合成衍生物，对金葡菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌等革兰阳性球菌具有良好抗菌作用。各种厌氧菌包括脆弱类杆菌对本品也呈现敏感，其抗菌作用与临床疗效均优于林可霉素则。我们对克林霉素在妊娠各期和哺乳期妇女中的组织体液浓度进行了测定。
Clindamycin lincomycin semi-synthetic derivatives, Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus and other Gram-positive cocci has good antibacterial activity. A variety of anaerobic bacteria, including Bacteroides fragilis is also sensitive to the goods, the antibacterial effect and clinical efficacy are better than lincomycin. We measured tissue fluid concentrations of clindamycin in pregnant women and lactating women.
