教与学的关系问题是教学论中的重大问题,同时也是教学过程的本质问题。教学是教师的教与学生的学的统一,这种统一的实质是交往、互动,没有交往,没有互动,就不存在或者未发生教学。在教学中师生双方相互教流,相互沟通,相互启发,相互补充。从而分享彼此的思考、经验和知识,交流彼此的情感、体验与观念,以达到共享,共进,实现教学相长的共同发展。

The relationship between teaching and learning is a major issue in the teaching theory, but also the essence of the teaching process. Teaching is the unity of the teacher’s teaching and the student’s learning. The essence of this unity is interaction, interaction, absence of interaction, absence of interaction and absence or lack of teaching. In teaching, both teachers and students teach each other, communicate with each other, inspire each other and complement each other.
