目的 :建立抗癫痫和苯二氮两类药物血清浓度测定方法。方法 :血清 0 4ml,加叔丁基甲醚 4ml提取 ,4 0℃以下N2 吹干 ,残渣用甲醇溶解 ,进样分析 ,色谱条件为Shim Pack ,CLC C8柱 ( 15 0mm× 6mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水 ( 4 0∶13∶4 7) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,温度 4 0℃。结果 :8种药物一次性分离 ,血清杂质不干扰测定 ,线性方程相关系数大于 0 999,方法回收率91%~ 10 6%。日内、日间精密度 (RSD)均小于 9%。结论 :方法简便快速。适用于临床血药浓度监测及此两类中毒药物的快速定性定量分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of antiepileptic and benzodiazepine serum concentrations. Methods: The serum was extracted with 4ml of 4ml of tert-butyl methyl ether and extracted with 4ml of N2 at 40 ℃. The residue was dissolved in methanol. The sample was analyzed by injection. The chromatographic conditions were Shim Pack and CLC C8 column (150 mm × 6 mm, 10 μm) Phase methanol acetonitrile water (40:13:47), detection wavelength of 254nm, temperature 40 ℃. Results: Eight kinds of drugs were separated at one time, serum impurities did not interfere with the determination. The correlation coefficient of linear equation was greater than 0 999, and the recovery rate was 91% -106%. Day, day precision (RSD) were less than 9%. Conclusion: The method is quick and easy. For clinical blood concentration monitoring and rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of these two types of poisoning drugs.
