心理放松训练是人们通过心理言语促使身体放松的一种训练方法。这种方法简便易行,具有很高的实用价值。我们通过一段时间的尝试,收到了良好的效果。其方法简介如下。一、开始姿势:训练课的基本部分结束后,自己选择一种感觉比较舒适的姿势(如躺在垫子上或地上,坐在凳子上或站立)即可。二、入静:选择好姿势后,心理开始排除一切杂念,什么都不要想,让大脑空白一会。然后,目光集中到馆内、训练场地的某一物体上,盯着看一会,接着慢慢地闭上眼晴。
