本文概述了利用锻造余热进行调质处理的机理;介绍了40Cr钢齿轮经锻造余热调质处理后的显微组织与机械性能;阐明了各工艺参数对机械性能的影响及确定原则。并在生产条件下进行了小批量试验,取得了较为满意的结果。
In this paper, the mechanism of quenching by forging residual heat is summarized. The microstructure and mechanical properties of 40Cr steel gear after forging heat treatment are introduced. The influence of each process parameter on the mechanical properties and the principle of determination are clarified. And in the production conditions for small batch test, and achieved satisfactory results.
