对每一位英语教师来说要想提高英语教学质量,就必须重视教学的有效性,而教学的有效性关键在于学生在教师的引导下有没有学到有用的东西,对所学知识能不能活学活用。教学过程实际上就是以学生为主体,教师为主导的师生双边活动。如果学生学习兴趣不浓,动力不足,教师教得再努力,学生学习仍然高耗低效。下面,笔者就如何实现初中英语的高效教学从以下三个方面谈一点看法。1建立和谐的师生关系,激发学习兴趣
