本文以某扁平钢箱梁斜拉桥为背景,结合此类斜拉桥结构自身特点和钢箱梁悬臂拼装施工的基本流程,确定了其施工控制的特点,并结合实测数据和理论计算对施工过程中常遇到的焊缝收缩、轴线偏差、不利自然条件、临时固结以及施工工序变化等问题对施工控制的影响进行了分析,并提出了一些建议和解决措施。实践证明,抓住扁平钢箱梁斜拉桥的施工控制特点,解决好施工过程中的常见问题,有利于桥梁结构的合理受力和施工控制的顺利进行,对同类桥梁有一定参考价值。
In this paper, a flat steel box girder cable-stayed bridge as the background, combined with the characteristics of such cable-stayed bridge structure and steel box girder cantilever assembled construction of the basic process to determine the characteristics of its construction control, combined with measured data and theoretical calculations of construction In the process of welding shrinkage, axial deviation, unfavorable natural conditions, temporary consolidation and construction process changes and other issues on the construction control of the impact were analyzed and put forward some suggestions and solutions. Practice has proved that grasping the construction control characteristics of the flat steel box girder cable-stayed bridge and solving the common problems in the construction process is conducive to the reasonable force of the bridge structure and the construction control smoothly and has certain reference value for similar bridges.
