目的:总结Interleukin-17(IL-17)与信号转导和转录激活因子3(Stat3)在恶性肿瘤,特别是在子宫颈癌中的研究进展。方法:应用PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以“IL-17、stat3、恶性肿瘤和子宫颈癌”等为关键词,检索2000-01-2011-12的相关文献,共检索到英文文献256篇,中文文献109篇。纳入标准:1)IL-17的生物学特性及产生的机制;2)IL-17与Stat3信号通路的关联;3)IL-17和Stat3与恶性肿瘤的关系。根据纳入标准,符合分析的文献25篇。结果:IL-17是新近发现的一类促炎细胞因子,可以促进多种细胞释放炎性因子、促进细胞增殖和促血管生成,是参与慢性炎症和炎症相关肿瘤发生和发展的重要炎症因子。IL-17过表达及Stat3的活化可能在癌变和癌进展中起关键作用。结论:肿瘤微环境中IL-17的表达水平及其相关信号通路Stat3的活性,在恶性肿瘤特别是在炎性相关肿瘤的发生和发展中可能起重要作用,但具体作用方式和机制仍未阐明。
Objective: To summarize the progress of Interleukin-17 (IL-17) and signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 (Stat3) in malignant tumors, especially in cervical cancer. Methods: By using PubMed and CNKI full-text database retrieval system and using keywords such as “IL-17, stat3, malignant tumor and cervical cancer” as keywords, the related literatures from January 2000 to December 2011 were searched, 256 articles, 109 Chinese articles. Inclusion criteria: 1) the biological characteristics of IL-17 and its mechanism; 2) IL-17 and Stat3 signaling pathway; 3) the relationship between IL-17 and Stat3 and malignant tumors. According to the inclusion criteria, 25 articles were analyzed. Results: IL-17 is a newly discovered class of proinflammatory cytokines that can promote the release of inflammatory cytokines and promote cell proliferation and angiogenesis in a variety of cells. IL-17 is an important inflammatory factor involved in the occurrence and development of chronic inflammation and inflammation-related tumors. Overexpression of IL-17 and activation of Stat3 may play key roles in carcinogenesis and cancer progression. CONCLUSION: The expression of IL-17 in tumor microenvironment and the activity of its related signal pathway Stat3 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors, especially in inflammatory related tumors. However, the specific mode of action and mechanism are still unclear .
