In order to strengthen the preventive sanitary supervision of construction projects and put them on the track of legalized management, the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City recently issued the “Measures for Preventive Sanitary Supervision of Construction Projects in Zhengzhou City”. The “Measures” authorizes the administrative department of health to supervise the construction, reconstruction, expansion and production of food products, production of cosmetics, production and application of radioisotopes and radiation devices, centralized water supply projects, public places, school buildings, kindergarten gardens, and related laws in the administrative area.
