1病历摘要患者男,45岁。因左侧面部红色丘疹及结节20余年,逐渐增多伴局部阵发性灼热及疼痛2年就诊。患者20年前无明显诱因左侧面部出现米粒至豆粒大红色至暗红色丘疹及结节,后部分皮损逐渐增大,融合成斑块,当时无明显自觉症状,一直未予治疗。2年前患处皮损渐扩大,丘疹、结节及斑块逐渐增多并累及整个左侧面部,同时冷热等刺激均可导致局部疼痛及灼热感。为进一步诊治于2014年3月11日来中国医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科就诊。患者既往体健,否认外伤、手术及药物过敏史,家族成员中无类似疾病患者,无其他遗传性疾病史。

Past physical health of patients, denied trauma, surgery and drug allergy history, family members no similar diseases, no other history of genetic disease.
