观察局部物理和化学疗法对尖锐湿疣病人机体免疫功能的影响。将45例尖锐湿疣病人分成两组 ,分别用0.5 %鬼臼毒素和高频电烧灼治疗 ,在治疗前后检测病人外周血NK细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群分布和白介素 2水平。结果 :尖锐湿疣病人的细胞免疫功能有异常。治疗前病人血中的CD8+细胞百分比显著增加 ,CD4+细胞百分比减少 ,CD4+/CD8+比率下降 ,血清白介素 2水平低于正常值 ,治疗后病人的细胞免疫功能有一定程度的恢复 ,但两组间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结果示局部物理或化学方法去除尖锐湿疣疣体对病人机体免疫功能的影响基本一致。
To observe the effects of local physical and chemical therapy on the immune function of patients with condyloma acuminatum. The 45 patients with condyloma acuminatum were divided into two groups, treated with 0.5% podophyllotoxin and high frequency electrocautery respectively. The levels of peripheral blood NK cells, T lymphocyte subsets and interleukin 2 were detected before and after treatment. Results: Patients with condyloma acuminata cell immune function abnormalities. The percentage of CD8 + cells in the blood of patients before treatment was significantly increased, the percentage of CD4 + cells was decreased, the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + was decreased, serum interleukin 2 level was lower than normal, and the cellular immune function of patients recovered to some extent after treatment. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The results showed that local physical or chemical methods to remove condyloma acuminatum on the immune function of patients with basically the same.
