本文对最近有关硝化抑制剂对植物化学组成的影响的文献作了评述。内容包括不同形态的无机氮和抑制硝化作用对蛋白质和含氮化合物、阴、阳离子以及有机酸的含量和积累产生的影响。大量证据表明,在有NO_3或有机酸(如草酸)积累的地方,硝化抑制剂有可能改进植物的品质。因为盆栽结果往往和田间条件下的试验结果不同,所以需要在田间进一步研究抑制硝化作用如何影响植物体中阴阳离子的平衡问题。因为硝化抑制剂的应用不断在增加,除了阐明它对作物产量的影响外,还需要进一步研究它对改善作物质量的影响。
This article reviews the recent literature on the effects of nitrification inhibitors on plant chemical composition. It includes the effects of different forms of inorganic nitrogen and inhibition of nitrification on the content and accumulation of protein and nitrogenous compounds, anions, cations and organic acids. There is ample evidence that nitrification inhibitors may improve the quality of plants where NO 3 or organic acids such as oxalic acid accumulate. Because potting results often differ from those obtained under field conditions, there is a need to further investigate how suppression of nitrification can affect the balance of anions and cations in plants in the field. Because of the increasing use of nitrification inhibitors, in addition to clarifying its impact on crop yields, further research is needed on its impact on improving crop quality.
