目的观察氯沙坦、非诺贝特降低代谢综合征合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸的有效性及安全性。方法对于符合入选条件的患者予以氯沙坦、非诺贝特治疗,并在给药前及前三月每月检查一次血尿酸,化验肝、肾功、肌酸激酶及血常规。结果显效:45%,有效:36%,无效:18%。结论氯沙坦、非诺贝特对代谢综合征合并高尿酸血症患者在降低血压、血脂的同时可以安全、有效地降低血尿酸浓度。
Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of losartan and fenofibrate in reducing serum uric acid in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods Losartan and fenofibrate were given to patients who met the inclusion criteria. Urinary uric acid, liver function, creatine kinase and blood routine tests were performed monthly and monthly before and during the first three months. Results were effective: 45%, effective: 36%, invalid: 18%. Conclusion Losartan and fenofibrate can reduce serum uric acid concentration safely and effectively while lowering blood pressure and blood lipid in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with hyperuricemia.
