我国的市场经济能否保持稳定、高速的发展,在很大程度上取决于科技与金融的结合。所谓科技与金融的结合,就是通过金融对科技的资金投入,促进科技转化为生产力,进而产生科技效益,聚集更多的财力,反过来再促进金融发展的力度。这种结合关系是建立在金融投入功能与科技产出功能的基础之上,只有经过金融的资金投入,科技产业的产出功能才有保证。同时,其产出的效益,必须表现在资金上回归金融,使金融获得更大的实力,以此使经济发展步入良性循环。
Whether our country’s market economy can maintain a stable and rapid development depends to a large extent on the combination of science and technology and finance. The so-called combination of science and technology and financial means that through science and technology funds invested by finance, science and technology are transformed into productive forces, thereby generating scientific and technological benefits, gathering more financial resources and, in turn, further promoting financial development. This combination of relations is based on the function of financial input and output of science and technology. Only through the financial input into finance can the output function of the science and technology industry be guaranteed. At the same time, the efficiency of its output must be reflected in its return to finance in terms of capital so that it can gain greater financial strength so as to bring the economic development into a virtuous circle.
