在铝合金的熔炼中,常采用铸铁坩埚。由于操作问题及高温下铝液对铸铁的侵蚀,常使坩埚产生裂缝,蚀穿,轻则坩锅报废,重则漏铝凝在电阻炉底,造成整个炉子损坏。要停工多日,耗费数千元才能修复使用。我厂以前多次发生此现象,平均每个月要用二只坩锅,严重影响了生产,经济效益很差。 为此,我们除选用JGT—800型金属高温防腐涂料对铸铁坩锅内壁进行涂敷,还自制了熔铝坩锅漏液报警器以便及时采取补救措施。我们试制的声光报警器由四个放置在石棉板上同心且互相绝缘的
In aluminum smelting, cast iron crucible is often used.
