二级图书资料室为本院系师生服务,它是综合性大学图书馆的补充和延伸,有自己特有的馆藏文化。目前我国高校资料室存在着管理落后、资金不足、管理员业务素质较低等问题,现在就专业特色与学科能力两方面浅探我国综合性大学二级图书资料室的建设理念。
The secondary library of information services for teachers and students of the faculty, it is a comprehensive university library supplement and extension, has its own unique collection of culture. At present, there are some problems in the reference room of colleges and universities in our country, such as backward management, insufficient funds and low professional qualifications of administrators. Now we discuss the construction concept of secondary library of reference materials for comprehensive university in our country on the basis of specialty and subject ability.
