患者男性,60岁,因间歇性心前区痛4年,频繁发作2天于1989年1月19日入院。体检:P65次/min,R17次/min,BP 100/70mmHg。心律齐,各瓣膜区无明显杂音,A_2>P_2,腹(-),肝脾未及。ECG示窦性心动过缓(58次/min),左前分支阻滞,VCG示左前分支阻滞。后电位检查阴性.
The patient, male, 60 years of age, was admitted to hospital on January 19, 1989, for an episode of intermittent anterior regional pain of 4 years and frequent episodes of 2 days. Physical examination: P65 times / min, R17 times / min, BP 100 / 70mmHg. Qi heart, the valve area no obvious noise, A_2> P_2, abdominal (-), liver and spleen not yet. ECG showed sinus bradycardia (58 beats / min), left anterior branch block, VCG showed left anterior branch block. After the potential test negative.
