我国的茧丝绸行业已经出现了严重的局面,各方面正在努力探索摆脱困境、谋求发展之良策。各地也在积极进行多种尝试和实践,但整个行业尚未找到能够保持长期稳定发展之路。本文试图从现状分析入手,以社会主义市场经济理论为指导,以实现“两个转变”为目标,对制订和实施茧丝绸产业政策,推动行业复兴作初步研究和探讨。
The silk and silk industry in China has already experienced a serious situation. Various parties are trying hard to explore a good strategy for getting out of trouble and seeking development. Various localities are also actively conducting various trials and practices, but the entire industry has not yet found a way to maintain long-term stable development. This article attempts to start with the analysis of the status quo, take the socialist market economic theory as a guide, and achieve the “two changes” as the goal. It will initially study and discuss the formulation and implementation of the tussah silk industry policy, and promote the industry revival.
