我们在44侧下肢标本上,观察了胫骨骨膜的血供;测量了200侧干燥成人胫骨。根据解剖学基础,胫骨上1/3段骨膜或骨瓣游离移植时可以膝下内血管为吻接血管束,下1/3段可以胫前血管为吻接血管束。
We observed blood supply to the tibial periosteum on 44 lateral limb specimens and measured 200 adult tibia dry. According to anatomical basis, the periosteum or bone flap on the upper third of the tibia can be used for kissing the vascular bundles when it is transplanted. The lower 1/3 of the anterior tibial vessel can be used for kissing the vascular bundle.
