‘树上干’杏是伊犁河谷特有的杏树资源,为了研究‘树上干’杏抵御冻害的能力及其在伊犁河谷的栽培适宜区,该试验以3个类型‘树上干’杏1年生休眠枝条为试材,利用电导法对‘树上干’杏3个类型的枝条在不同低温处理下的电解质渗透率进行测定,通过Logistic方程计算‘树上干’杏枝条的低温半致死温度。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,‘树上干’杏枝条组织的电解质渗透率变化表现出慢-快-慢的‘S’形曲线;同时结合低温处理后的冻害分级及恢复生长,确定‘树上干’杏的半致死温度(LT50)在-26~-28℃,3个‘树上干’杏类型的抗寒性强弱依次为大果‘树上干’杏>小果‘树上干’杏>早熟‘树上干’杏;‘树上干’杏在伊犁河谷沿山逆温带可安全越冬,平原区不宜栽植。
