目的:开发纤维素分解混合菌制剂。方法:以菌数、纤维素酶活性及木聚糖酶活性做为评价指标,对具有开发潜力的菌群进行了培养条件研究。结果:该菌群的最适培养温度为35℃;最适接种量为1%;培养基的初始pH值以7.0-7.5为好;在培养基中添加一定量的FeSO4,有利于菌的生长;适当控制氧气浓度,可以确保混合菌群中纤维素酶产生菌的正常繁殖。结论:获得了纤维素分解混合菌的扩繁条件。
Objective: To develop a cellulose decomposition mixed bacterial preparation. Methods: The bacterial count, cellulase activity and xylanase activity were used as evaluation indexes to study the culture conditions of the developing bacteria. Results: The optimum culture temperature was 35 ℃. The optimal inoculum size was 1%. The initial pH of the medium was 7.0-7.5. Adding a certain amount of FeSO4 in the medium was beneficial to the growth of the bacteria ; Proper control of oxygen concentration can ensure the normal propagation of cellulase producing bacteria in the mixed flora. Conclusion: The condition of propagation of cellulolytic mixed bacteria was obtained.
