8月6日,在北京图书馆多功能厅举行的北京市首次党政机关超标车拍卖会上,10辆参加拍卖的轿车有9辆经过激烈竞价成交,其中7辆属于市委、市政府等党政机关。作为反腐倡廉的一项重大举措,去年4月和今年3月,中共中央两度就领导干部乘车标准作出明确规定,并进行了认真的检查清理。为了避免以前出现的清查时将超标车封起来,查后又开起来的现象,市清车办公室决定8辆超标车公开向社会拍卖,同时参加拍卖的还有企业委托的两辆车。这一活动在群众中引起很大反响,大都认为,这反映了党和政府反腐败的决心。据了解,有关部门为拍卖提供了许多优惠条件,诸如简化申办手续,拍卖行上交手续费大幅度降低等等。市清车办负责人表示,今后还将组织这样的拍卖会,争取规模更大些,组织得更好些。张涤(图为此次拍卖的部分超标车)
