观察口腔粘膜扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)52例,男8例,女44例,年龄28～57岁,病程1～20年。经典型OLP 15例,渗出充血型15例,糜烂溃疡型18例,大疱型4例。损害部位:颊粘膜48例,舌20例,磨牙后10例,唇和腭5例,其中同时损害2个部位以上(主要是颊、舌同时损害)31例。伴发病:心血管病16例,胃肠道疾病35例,慢性肾盂肾炎4例,糖尿病5例。 口腔洗出物细菌培养,有45例(86.5％)口腔菌群失调:①代偿性菌群失调(口腔菌群成分有轻度改变,
Oral lichen planus (OLP) was observed in 52 cases, 8 males and 44 females, aged from 28 to 57 years with a course of 1 to 20 years. 15 cases of classic OLP, exudative congestion in 15 cases, 18 cases of erosion ulcer, 4 cases of bullous. Lesions: 48 cases of buccal mucosa, 20 cases of tongue, 10 cases of molars, 5 cases of lip and palate, 31 of them simultaneously damaged more than 2 parts (mainly cheek and tongue simultaneously). Associated with the disease: cardiovascular disease in 16 cases, 35 cases of gastrointestinal diseases, chronic pyelonephritis in 4 cases, 5 cases of diabetes.
