一、全面部署,狠抓落实。去年,全省统计工作会议后,我局及时召开了全州统计工作会议,传达了全省统计工作会议精神,在全面总结上年工作的基础上,对各项统计工作全面地进行了安排部署,并根据各地的不同情况分别提出了工作重点。为了使安排的各项工作落到实处,州局与各县统计局、龙羊峡计统工交商贸局、本局各科室签订了目标责任书。在原有规章制度的基础上,补充、修改、完善和重新制定了《海南州统计局职责分工和工作制度》、《党组党风廉政建设责任制度》、《财务管理制度》、《行政执法公示制度》、《微机及设备管理制度》等十二项制度。于七月份组成工作组,分赴五县一委检查了全州统计工作会议精神贯彻落实情况,检查中发现的薄弱环
