一、麦蚜种类调查方法及结果在昆明、玉溪两地于小麦生长季节除对大田调查外,并设立观察圃系统调查;对通海、峨山、江川、曲靖、嵩明等地也进行了考察。观察圃所播品种昆明为墨查,玉溪为0230,播种期昆明分别为10月25日、11月9日;玉溪分别为10月20日、11月4日。田间管理均与当地大田相同,从小麦出苗至收获不施用任何农药,在自然感虫条件下于小麦各生育阶段,采取随机整株取样方法调查各种蚜虫发生数量,每次取样100株,虫数不少于200头。小麦生育前期蚜虫发生零星,往往取样虫数不足,采取增加调查株数来弥补。
