带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的皮肤病。中医称之为蛇串疱、缠腰火丹、火带疮、蛇丹等名。临床上较常见,对其治疗的报道也较多,但价廉效高的治疗药物还很少。我们以黄连素外用治疗本病47例,认为疗效可靠,特报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组47例中男29例,女18例。年龄13～74岁。自发病至来我院就诊时间2～11天,平均4.5天。发病部位:胸肋部27例,腰腹部14例,腿部2例,面部4例;两侧者9例,单侧者38例;合并感染5例。曾用抗病毒、止痛药物治疗者21例。 1.2 治疗方法:用黄连素片剂研成细末,以蒸馏水调成稀糊状,涂于患处。对于面积小、病程短、症状轻者,单用黄连素外涂,每日2次。重者在外涂黄连素的同时,加用病毒唑0.18,每日2次肌肉注射,维生素B_120mg每日3次口服,板兰根冲剂1包冲服每日3次。

Have used antiviral and analgesic drug treatment in 21 cases. 1.2 Treatment: Berberine tablets into fine, distilled water into a thin paste, applied to the affected area. For a small area, short course, mild symptoms, single berberine topical, 2 times a day. Severe external application of berberine at the same time, add ribavirin 0.18, 2 times a day intramuscularly, vitamin B_120mg 3 times a day orally, tablet Langen granules 1 package blunt 3 times a day.
