随着我国建筑业需求总量的持续稳定增长,质量管理越来越成为项目施工管理的关键与核心。社会技术水平的不断提升,使得建筑工程项目面临巨大的机遇与挑战,如何提高工程项目的施工质量管理水平,是建筑企业亟需解决的问题。本文从建筑工程项目的施工质量管理现状入手,分析质量管理中存在的问题,并提出针对性措施。
With the continuous and steady growth of the total demand of construction industry in our country, quality management has increasingly become the key and core of project construction management. The continuous improvement of social technology makes construction projects face enormous opportunities and challenges. How to improve construction quality management of construction projects is an urgent problem to be solved by construction enterprises. This article starts with the status quo of construction quality management of construction projects, analyzes the existing problems in quality management and puts forward some measures.
