《中华人民共和国煤炭法》(以下简称《煤炭法》)已于1996年8月29日由第八届全国人大常委会第二十一次会议审议通过,国家主席江泽民同日签署第75号主席令予以公布,并于1996年12月1日起施行。 《煤炭法》的颁布是中国煤炭工业法制建设的里程碑,为煤炭工业“九五”及走向21世纪的健康发展,提供了有利的法律保障。《煤炭法》的颁布实施为搞好煤炭行业环境保护工作提供了新的机遇,必须紧紧抓住这一难得的历史机遇,在学习、宣传、贯彻、落实《煤炭法》的过程中,开创煤炭行业环保工作新局面。
The Coal Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Coal Law”) was reviewed and approved by the 21st Meeting of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee on August 29, 1996.
