为秉承因材施教原则,使不同英语基础的高职学生在英语课程中增强语言学习信心,语言能力都得到提高,提出高职英语班内隐性分层教学。隐性分层教学是在充分了解学生,对学生合理分层的基础上,确立分层教学目标、开展分层教学活动、布置分层课外任务、给予分层教学评价。该教学模式有利于各层学生开展语言训练,有利于教师提高课堂组织能力,是高职个性化教学的有效探索。
