进食流泪综合征又名鳄鱼泪综合征或Bogorad氏综合征(1928),国内报告较少,截至目前约有5例,另2例是排便排尿流泪者。我们于1982年曾遇1例。患者张××,男,20岁,汉族,工人。于1976年6月曾不明原因发高烧一日,在单位医务室注退热针(药名不详)一次后烧退。2—3日后感双眼部木僵,耳鸣,到医院诊为面神经疾患,经肌注B族维生素,针灸,理疗等,四月余后耳鸣好转,但进食即流泪,后又加用中药仍无效,且进食流泪渐加重。既往未患过传染病,否认外伤史。
