患者,49岁,已婚。因发现盆腔包块1年余,腹胀8天入院。1年前健康查体B超诊断:子宫肌瘤。月经量无增多,周期经期正常,无痛经。8个月前感下腹部渐增大,自认为肥胖。8天前感腹胀、呼吸困难、食欲减少,来院检查。门诊以巨大卵巢肿瘤收入院。结婚28年,孕3产2存活2。末产于25年前。输卵管结扎23年。有精神病史23年。查体:T36.8℃,P80次/min,R17次/min,Bp13/8kpa。发育正
The patient, 49 years old, is married.
