本文研究了巯基树脂分离富集——原子吸收光谱法测定微量银肘,各种条件对分离富集和测定的影响.对土样、矿样测定均获满意的结果.目前关于银的富集分析测定报道较多,但用巯基树脂富集分析银的方法国内尚未见到.和其他方法相比巯基树脂富集银具有使用方便,性能稳定,再生容易可以重复使用等优点.采用该法分析测定土样,矿样中银,其标准偏差为0.17～0.41,回收率为97～101%.
