3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙二醇(简称MHPG)、5-羟基吲哚乙酸(简称5-HIAA)和高香草酸(简称HVA)分别是三种单胺神经递质去甲肾上腺素、5-羟色胺和多巴胺在中枢神经系统的主要代谢产物,可作为研究三种递质中枢代谢的重要指标。从人脑组织直接测定的方法不适宜于实际应用。用高效液相色谱法从脑脊中同时测定三种代谢产物的报道.国外不多.国内尚无。我们采用外标法并对Scheinin氏方法加以简化,获得了令人满意的效果.并提出了保持高灵敏度的措施。
3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG), 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (referred to as 5-HIAA) and homovanillic acid (HVA) are the three monoamine neurotransmitter noradrenal Serotonin, serotonin and dopamine in the central nervous system, the main metabolites, can be used as an important indicator of the three kinds of neurotransmitter metabolism. The method of direct determination from human brain is not suitable for practical application. High performance liquid chromatography from the cerebrospinal simultaneous determination of three metabolites reported. Not many foreign countries. We used the external standard method and simplified Scheinin’s method to obtain satisfactory results, and proposed measures to maintain high sensitivity.
