企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。柔性管理是21世纪人力资源发展的新趋势,对煤矿企业提升竞争力大有裨益。本文通过对柔性管理的内涵和意义的阐述,提出了煤矿企业柔性管理的实现途径。
The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. Flexible management is a new trend of human resource development in the 21st century, which is of great benefit to the coal mining enterprises in enhancing their competitiveness. In this paper, the author elaborates the connotation and significance of flexible management and puts forward the ways to realize the flexible management of coal enterprises.
