咽鼓管对中耳通气和引流有重要作用,目前临床常用的方法仅限于评估咽鼓管通气功能。应用连续闪烁法研究16例慢性中耳炎患者和3例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者的咽鼓管引流功能,先以声阻抗仪测定咽鼓管压力平衡功能,然后进行连续闪烁法检查。在显微镜下将0.1ml~(77m)锝标记的人白蛋白注入到患侧鼓室腔,γ照相机追踪放射性物质从鼓室腔向鼻咽部的运动,计算机分别描记3个相关区域即鼓室腔、咽鼓管和鼻咽部的放射性物质时间活性
Eustachian tube on the middle ear ventilation and drainage have an important role, the current clinical methods are limited to the assessment of Eustachian tube ventilation. The eustachian tube drainage function of 16 patients with chronic otitis media and 3 patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were studied by continuous scintigraphy. The pressure balance function of eustachian tube was measured by acoustic impedance meter first, then the scintigraphy was performed by continuous scintigraphy. Under the microscope, 0.1ml ~ (77m) technetium-labeled human albumin was injected into the ipsilateral tympanum cavity. The γ-camera tracked the movement of radioactive material from the tympanic cavity to the nasopharynx.
