Pediatric purulent meningitis (hereinafter referred to as the brain) is a common infection of the central nervous system in children, especially infants and young children. High mortality, children under 2 years of up to 60%. Early diagnosis and thorough treatment are the key to reducing mortality. This article only in our hospital from 1984 to 1987
