云、贵两省的外贸物资从广西贵港中转经西江出海是一条经济便捷的路线。但十多年来,云、贵两省的外贸物资经贵港中转水运出海却少得可怜,贵港港、航企业的出口货源因而也十分短缺,无形中失掉了云、贵广阔的货源腹地。究其原因:改革开放以来,贵港市乃至广西周边地区的交通基础设施不断完善,高级公路的营运里程日益增加,地方铁路线不断延伸到沿海城市,原来的“不锚之地”也变成了良港,这就给云、贵的外贸物资提供了更多的出海通道,同时也对贵港市带来更多的挑战与竞争。面对现实,对如何转变观念主动争取云、贵货源的问题,笔者在此谈一些看法。

The reason: Since the reform and opening up, Guigang City, Guangxi and surrounding areas continue to improve the transport infrastructure, high-level highway operating miles increasing, the local rail line continues to extend to coastal cities, the original “anchor” has become Harbor, which gives the cloud, your foreign trade supplies provide more access to the sea, but also on the Guigang bring more challenges and competition. In the face of reality, I have some opinions on how to take the initiative to fight for the idea of changing the concept of cloud and your sources of goods.
