通过对GCr15钢在500~700℃范围内进行温拔试验和温拔后的球化退火试验,研究了温拔对球化退火的影响。结果表明:在温拔过程中GCr15钢具有良好的塑性和较低的变形抗力。温拔加工显著促进了拔制后碳化物的球化过程,退火时间仅为常规球化退火时间的1/2。
The effects of temperature on the spheroidizing annealing were studied by temperature-rising and ball-annealing at 500 ~ 700 ℃. The results show that GCr15 steel has good ductility and low deformation resistance during temperature elevation. Temperature extraction significantly promoted the spheroidization of the carbide after drawing, and the annealing time was only 1/2 of the conventional spheroidizing annealing time.
