苯中毒引起骨髓增生异常综合征1例报告

骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)即白血病前期,是一种白血病前期骨髓造血细胞增生异常,导致骨髓细胞增生亢进及成熟不足而引起的血细胞不同组合及不同程度减少,血细胞形态异常,细胞器结构、生化及功能异常的疾病,病因与白血病一致。但由苯中毒所引起的尚未见报道,现介绍1例如下。病历摘要男患,60岁,油漆工,1989年以双下肢静脉炎入院。发现贫血、乏力、面色苍白、低热、皮肤紫癜、鼻衄、齿龈出血。
