在2002年交通部首次举行的全国高速公路养护管理工作检查中,河北省以平均969.67的高分荣登榜首,令人刮目。检查团所到之处,无论是平整如砥的路面,青翠欲滴的路树,还是到位的行业管理,健全的规章制度,都给人留下了深刻的印象。这是河北交通人以辛劳和智慧谱写的一曲辉煌的赞歌,也是他们开拓创新、甘于奉献,在中国高速公路史上浇铸的丰碑,其实更是对他们工作的总结。让我们走近他们,体会他们在高速公路管理中探索与实践的经验。
In 2002 the Ministry of Communications held the first national highway maintenance management inspection, Hebei Province, with an average of 969.67 high score topped the list, eye-catching. Wherever the inspection delegation went, whether it was the formation of a pavement, the lush road tree, the industry management in place, and the sound rules and regulations, people were deeply impressed. This is a brilliant hymn sung by Hebei traffickers with hard work and wisdom. It is also a monument they pioneered and innovated, willing to offer, and molded in the history of China’s expressway.
