马尾松是我省的主要用材树种之一,也是荒山造林的先锋树种。但长期以来,我省马尾松造林所用种苗良莠不分,见种就采,有苗就栽,严重的影响了马尾松群体的遗传品质,为此,我省自1978年开始进行马尾松选优工作,初选出近千株优树,至1985年已复选出马尾松优树86株,并通过嫁接营建了采穗圃和无性系种子园,以便尽快生产高质量种子,逐步实现马尾松造林良种化。下面就营建采穗圃和种子园必须掌握好的嫁接技术作一介绍。
