综合研究了钢管减(定)径余热内、外喷水淬火工艺,用多种方法检测和控制均匀冷却,详细分析了淬火和回火后的组织结构和强韧性能。从我国国情出发。提出了终冷温度控制的新观点并已实施。本工艺为高强高效管材生产开拓了新途径,对中小热轧管机组改造有推广价值。
