我国教育工作中明确提出“全面贯彻党的教育方针,以提高国民素质为根本宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,造就‘有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律’的德、智、体、美、劳等全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人”。因此,以提高学生的素养为主旨,以设计、操作为主要基础教育课程是我国每个学生的必修课程和必备的技能,在我国普通的高中课程结构中,通用技术是一项基础的技能。
